I’m pastor Theresa Carter and I have been married to Tim Carter for the past 16 years. Between us, we have 7 children and 13 grandchildren who are the loves of our lives. Other members of our family include our princess Pomeranian Shadow, and our 2 cats O Henrey, and Tink.

I received my Bachelor of Science, (BS), from Phoenix University, and my Master of Divinity, (MDiv), from United Theological Seminary.

I believe in the transformative power of God working in and through the local church and hope to foster an environment where each of us can grow in our love for God, each other, the community, and the world. Church is a dynamic place that can shape our lives to be compassionate, service-oriented members of our community.

Outside of my work within Henrietta UMC, I enjoy reading and traveling. Gardening and crocheting. And spending time with Tim and our family.
