Anniversary Preservation Endowment Campaign
Goal $25,000
The Henrietta United Methodist Church was dedicated September 5, 1875. Over the years a number of changes and upgrades have been made. More importantly, the church has been the place where many lives have received spiritual nurture leading to life changing decisions. The church has been the site of remembered baptisms, weddings and funerals.
Henrietta United Methodist Church is historic as one of the few congregations that tell the story of German speaking immigrants who came to start a new life of freedom in the United States.
The Anniversary Endowment Campaign will provide for the preservation of the Henrietta United Methodist Church building. Endowment Funds are invested and only the earnings may be used. The principal remains intact, enabling future growth.
Webster defines "endowment" as "the act or process of furnishing with an income." By making a gift to the Endowment Fund you leave a legacy that preserves this heritage.
